Troland consulting is made up of Geomatic Engineers. Geomatic engineers create safer homes and happier communities! They fly drones, take ground measurements and help design more sustainable environments by working closely with architects, planners, civil engineers, real estate developers etc.
They are the first contact in designing skyscrapers, stadiums and homes; whether on slopes, cliffs or beaches. Whatever is on the ground, they will place on paper!
Over the years, we’ve learned that great service begins and ends with experienced and friendly professionals. We believe that:
“Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.“
-William A. Foster-
Real Estate Feasibility Studies
You wouldn’t start a business without a business plan; why do your construction without a feasibility study?
A real estate feasibility study evaluates if a proposed project is viable. We look at the proposed development and the conditions likely to impact it; both internal and external to minimize surprises as much as possible.
We provide detailed topographical and contour surveys throughout the various stages of land and property cycle.
We determine boundary conditions, Show all existing surface features within the project limit: trees, fences, gates, etc.
We also survey the contours on the ground so that features falling between two successive levels are picked up and accurate contouring is done at places of sharp curvature or abrupt change in direction and elevation.
The importance of representing a building plan on the ground as precise as it is on paper cannot be over-emphasized.
We at Troland ensure that your building plans are accurately set out on ground to the millimeter.
